The firm's main office is located in the business district of Coral Gables within Miami, on Ponce de León Boulevard, next to Merrick Village.
Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and by appointment.
For your convenience, we provide your Initial Consultation to you via telephone, by appointment. We also offer in-person Initial Consultations by appointment at our Miami office or as otherwise arranged for mutual convenience. For out of office in-person appointments, travel time may be required, depending on distance.
If you decide to retain this firm and if we decide to accept your appeal, then your Initial Consultation fee ($450.00 minimum or may be more if detailed consultation requested) will be applied toward your retainer.
We provide value-based fee compensation arrangements, including hourly, flat [fixed fee] rates, and some select contingency for large amount in controversy cases..
